Privacy Policy
FlightPro · Thai Fast Co.,Ltd. · Effective 30 August 2026
FlightPro is operated by Thai Fast Co.,Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the FlightPro app and the FlightPro service at api.flightpro.io handle, and how. Contact for anything in this policy: david@thaifastco.com, or the FlightPro Contact Center inside the app.
What stays on your device
Your flight log, profile, aircraft data and app settings are stored on your device and work without an account. If you never sign in, none of this leaves the device.
What we collect when you create an account
Your email address — used to verify the account, to send one-time sign-up and password-reset codes, and to scope crew communication to your operator (the part of the address after the @). We store a cryptographic hash of your password, never the password itself.
The crew details you enter in your Profile (name, rank, staff number, base, default aircraft) are mirrored to your account so your chat posts and notices carry your name and rank, and so a reinstall restores them.
When you are signed in, your logged sectors sync to your account so your logbook follows you across devices.
Crew communication content
Messages, attachments and notices you post in Chats are stored by the service and shown to the members of the section you posted them in. Group and section membership is visible to other members. Content is scoped to your operator, plus the global FlightPro group that is visible to all users.
Section administrators and our staff can view posted content for moderation, and can remove content that breaks the Terms of Use.
Flight briefing data
To show weather and NOTAMs for your sectors, the app sends the airport codes of those sectors to our server. Briefing data is fetched from public aviation sources and is not linked to any profiling of you.
What we do not do
FlightPro contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Location is not collected in this version of the app.
Where data lives
Account and synced data are stored on Amazon Web Services in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Email is delivered through Amazon SES. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.
Retention and deletion
Data on your device is deleted by deleting the app. Signing out leaves your device data in place and simply disconnects the account.
To delete your account and the data synced to it (logbook, profile, chat posts you authored), ask us through the FlightPro Contact Center in the app or email david@thaifastco.com; we will confirm and delete within 30 days. Content you posted into shared sections may remain visible in moderated form where removal would falsify the record of a conversation, but it is unlinked from your account.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app. Continued use after a change means the new policy applies.
